Pastry Les 3 Petits Choux is the perfect name for the Égard family: Nathalie, Philippe and their daughter. Between Agen and Bordeaux, on the edge of downtown Marmande, the bakers magnify the seasonal delights of the local terroir. The baguette duo de blé (meaning soft wheat flour and hard wheat flour), special breads by the unit or by the slice, such as rye, are emblematic delicacies of the Maison. Viennoiseries with PDO butter are a true delight, like the lemon-basil entremets, THE signature pastry, and the raspberry croque with raspberry mousse, pistachio crunch and pistachio cookie cake. Les 3 Petits Choux also offers a wide range of snacks, a dozen flavors of fruit macaroons of the moment, chocolate bonbons and ice creams, sorbets and ice creams that you can enjoy in the tasting area.
