Winemaker
Not far from the Elian Da Ros estate, Emilien Jean is a young winemaker who is beginning to make a name for himself in the appellation. Settled on some of his father's hectares since 2016, he works organically with old vines of malbec, abouriou, cabernet franc, merlot and sauvignon. His cuvées are starting to make a name for themselves and find their way to the table, notably his "Be Api" based on majority Merlot and his 100% Sauvignon Antophila.
