Fish shop Product quality that never fails. At Le Vivier, the produce is always fresh, so you can build your seafood platter with confidence: oysters, langoustines, shrimps, almonds, clams, sea urchins and scallops in season, at their freshest. Sole and sea bass are at their rarest (around €50 per kilo), but mackerel and sea bream are also more affordable. A few preparations: live lobster from the fish tank, French caviar.
