Wine merchant This winery is the fruit of a meeting between Thomas Delpy and Frédéric Sicre, ardent defenders of organic and biodynamic wines. The winegrowers represented here share a common ethic: respect for the soil and terroir, no chemical additives and the utmost clarity in their preparations. Free tastings on Saturday afternoons enable visitors to discover some of these estates, and tasting courses are held for all wine-lovers interested in discovering natural wines.
