He's a bit like the star baker of the region, offering his bread here for the people of Saint-Gaudin, but is also a favorite with many of the region's restaurants. Lovingly crafted with natural sourdough, his breads have become classics: "Petit Bonheur", "Nethou", petit épeautre, courgé corn... and the latest, 100% Commingeois, made from an ancient local variety, the touselle. Le Petit Moulin is present at markets in Bagnères-de-Luchon, Montréjeau and Saint-Martory.
