Fish shop Some early vocations never fade. At the age of 22, Morgan Vieira already has a wealth of experience as a fishmonger and scaler! Very early on, he took his first steps in a small fishmonger's shop near his home and took the bait. He went on to pass a CAP and win the MAF (Un des Meilleurs Apprentis de France) competition as a Marennes d'Oléron scaler. Today, he lives out his passion on a daily basis, sharing it with as many people as possible, when he isn't taking up his fishing rod to tease the fish himself when he has the leisure. He's a regular at markets in and around Paris. Fish and shellfish, but also rillettes and homemade terrines, he works with the seasons and has a particular talent for spotting the best products as they arrive from the fisheries of Les Sables-d'Olonne or Trouville-sur-Mer when he has the time. Whole fish or fillets, oysters, clams, cooked seafood (langoustines, lobsters and other wonders): Morgan will be delighted to show you what he has to offer and to take your orders for some great seafood moments. Markets in Paris: Place de la Madeleine on Fridays from 8am to 1pm, Place Baudoyer on Wednesdays from 10am to 7pm and Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.
