A favorite of chef Rodolphe Pottier, Poissonnerie Villard is a family-run business with which he shares his love of fine seafood. Paul, the company's son, brings his "catch" to the fish auction as soon as he returns from Le Havre. A fine assortment of fish. Wild sea bass, langoustines, tuna... scallops, herring, home-smoked salmon... all reflect our unfailing quality.
