Wine merchant
Père Lachaise has inspired Philippe Cuq, who has set up shop in a cellar that's a little hard to find, near a charming square. Always passionate about wine, this ex-consultant, ex-director of the Aquitaine Regional Chamber of Agriculture, with an accent for good southern wine, was brought up in the milieu. Under his tutelage, the winery has come back to life. The pile of crates is as sincere as it is generous, and bodes well for the future. Some very fine bottles, but there's something for everyone, with natural, organic and biodynamic wines advised with great kindness. Today, he is embarking on a new evolution: making his own wine.
