Cheese dairy All products are farmhouse-made, 98% raw milk, and the goats are matured on site. Camembert ripened with calvados and walnuts is prepared in the kitchen. Customers offer their suggestions to Alain Nadim, who is always ready to listen. They are wise, classic, big consumers of brie, reblochon, vacherin in winter, comté (2 years minimum), artisanal roquefort, chèvre, brillat-savarin... A few delicatessen products also grow in the Garden.
