Bakery A bakery and patisserie by a now internationally renowned star, who has kept her feet on the ground (even though Air France asked her to compose the desserts for its business class) and all her naturalness. The woman we crowned Pâtissière of the Year during her stint with Jean-François Piège is now well settled in this modern space, where she can create at will. Bread, delicious viennoiserie, madeleines, brioches, kouign amann and breakfast snacks, baguette chorizo, quiches, sandwiches or tartine savoyarde, accompany the pâtisserie production: mille-feuille au petit épeautre caramel beurre salé, croustillant amandes cookie passion mango mousse chocolat chantilly à la vanille de Tahiti, fleur poire hibiscus, flan tonka, chou Paris-Brest, tarte citron.
