Bakery Back in her home town for Nina Métayer, who opened two bakery-pastry shops in La Rochelle in November 2024. At both Saint-Éloi and Saint-Maurice, you'll find a clear, structured shop window, where viennoiseries are carefully crafted. The fine, well-developed puff pastry reveals real expertise, whether in a simple apple turnover or its generously garnished millefeuille. Special mention goes to the vanilla and tonka bean flan, with its deeper flavor and perfectly controlled baking. Welcoming stores, easy-to-understand patisserie and affordable prices.
