Winemaker One day - hence the name of the estate - Véronique and Stéphane Azémar, he an architect, she an archaeologist, decided to leave the stressful Paris region behind and embark on their wine adventure. Le Clos d'un Jour was born in 2000, and is grown organically. Located on the third terrace of the Lot, in Duravel. Aging varies from cuvée to cuvée, sometimes in terracotta jars, sometimes in barrels.
