The sound of bread coming out of the oven with its crust cracking, the sound of bread crunching when you bite into it or break it... thanks to the expertise of Stéphane Berthe, who offers no less than 17 different varieties of bread for both small and large cravings. Two of the artisan's favorites are the rustic natural sourdough bread and the wheat baguette ("Sermentine"). Viennoiseries and pastries are made with the same care.
