The impressive 17th-century cellars are the perfect setting for a solemn tasting, whether by reservation or organized evening, as the wines on sale cover all the major appellations. All of Burgundy, but also great names from other regions (Rayas, Grange des Pères...) and fine magnums. All commented and presented with talent by a committed wine merchant, Emmanuel Peulson.
