Wine merchant
A well-established cellar since 1988 to fill the chalice after a visit to the abbey. Now in the hands of two enthusiastic young men, Lorentz and Valentin, the modernized space showcases the whole of Burgundy (with some of today's finest names, such as Sylvain Pataille and Nicolas Rossignol), especially the closest, from Mâconnais and Chalonnais, with Pouilly-Fuissé and Vinzelles, but also a wise and varied selection from other regions, notably the Rhône and Languedoc-Roussillon (the magnificent cuvées of Marjorie Gallet, for example).
