A man who makes his own salt is bound to be good! Cyrille is passionate about his region and presents the best of the Ile de Ré in his Ars micro-grocery. You'll find salicorne, fish soup, cookies, tea, coffee from small producers and a fabulous local wild mustard... everything to season, perfume and treat yourself to. In 2017, Cyrille bought a salt marsh and produces a delicate fleur de sel. A project within a project that testifies to his commitment and passion for "his" island.
