MOF 2000 and one of the capital's most renowned cheesemakers, Laurent Dubois runs three cheese dairies in Paris, including one in Grenelle. The range is vast and sophisticated, from long-aged comtés to cheeses from the Pyrenees, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland and England. Other creamery products are also on sale.
