Refiner
Located in the Haute-Loire region, the dairy packages and transforms mountain milk (cow, goat or ewe) into cheese, butter or cream. The recipes are simple and unpretentious. These include blue-veined cheeses (fourme, bleu), soft cheeses (tomme blanche) and curds (brique du Velay). Also of note are yogurts with real fruit jam.
