La Vinothèque de Troyes is committed to promoting its region. It boasts over 1,000 wine and spirits labels. Specializing in whiskies and rums from around the world, it also sells armagnacs since 1973 and champagnes at unbeatable prices. The grocery section features regional products such as chaource mushrooms from Cussangy, trout terrines from the Aube region, baskets garnis and beers from local microbreweries.
