Roaster
When you love, you don't count! That seems to be the credo of this family of taste artisans, offering the general public a wide range of ways to indulge. Since 2008, green coffee vintages have been imported from all over the world and roasted every day: from the classic and delicate Arabica from Cameroon, grown at an altitude of 2200 metres, to the exceptional Yellow Catura matured in the sun on the island of Maui, Hawaii, not forgetting a solvent-free decaffeinated, or an Arabica Robusta blend for lovers of virile coffee. Traditional cuisine and pastries are also available in the restaurant.
