Yes, it's possible in this truly Singulière store, where the owners have taken their inspiration from the halles of Sète to offer a number of typical dishes from there, including the famous tielle, in a slightly less spicy and more civilized version, but very pleasant with a good pastry. There's also pissaladière, anchovies from Collioure and Singulières, eggplant and parmesan.
