With locations in Bondues and Arras, La Prairie has been an integral part of life in Béthune since 1952. Nearly 200 cheeses are available for purchase, with a special focus on products from the Hauts-de-France region—and there are many to choose from, including Bergues fermier, Boulet de Cassel, Carré de Roncq, Dôme de Boulogne, and Tome de Cambrai. These are certainly famous, but they don’t overshadow the treasures from other French regions. Excellent farmhouse Saint-Nectaire, remarkable Morbier, and equally delicious goat cheeses from Touraine.
