Gault&Millau's review

Cheese dairy La Prairie is a must for cheese lovers in Béthune. Vincent Dervaux, a former sommelier, came to the trade quite naturally, since, as we know, wine and cheese always go well together. So once you've taken the plunge, you can't help but notice the success of the project, with its 250 cheeses, current specials and Bordier butter. Wines, champagnes, spirits and top-of-the-range delicatessen products (foie gras, organic smoked salmon) are available to accompany aperitif and raclette platters, as well as impressive cheese platters for weddings, birthdays or receptions.
