Jérôme Schwalbach achieved supreme recognition with the award of the MOF title, obtained in 2015. This highly-rated competition unearths the best bakers by subjecting them to theoretical and practical tests, both classic and innovative. Jérôme is one of them. His traditional baguette was named best baguette in Moselle, but his entire range of breads and viennoiseries is well worth a visit.
