Conveniently located, the store attracts locals not only for the quality of the meat, but also for the local recipes, such as daube, farcis and ravioli. The price of success: often having to queue for beef from Galicia, poultry from Bresse or pork from Bigorre. Numerous delicatessen dishes and a wine cellar, with rosés in the fridge.
