Maison Nordique has succeeded in this challenge, creating the impression that you’ve walked into Van Cleef or Cartier. Inside: caviar from the famous Hennequart farm in Sologne, beluga from Iran, smoked salmon prepared in various ways (whole pastrami-style, marinated in beet juice, other smoked fish, house-made binis, coulibiac, and even pastries, with a tasting corner. The takeout options go far beyond Nordic cuisine (chicken supreme with soba noodles, penne with crayfish, duck confit with gratin dauphinois…).
