Carryout When selling caviar and salmon, the storefront must be as impressive as possible. Maison Nordique has succeeded in this challenge, creating the impression that you’ve walked into Van Cleef or Cartier. Inside: caviar from the famous Hennequart farm in Sologne, beluga from Iran, smoked salmon prepared in various ways (whole pastrami-style, marinated in beet juice, other smoked fish, house-made binis, coulibiac, and even pastries, with a tasting corner. The takeout options go far beyond Nordic cuisine (chicken supreme with soba noodles, penne with crayfish, duck confit with gratin dauphinois…).
