Catherine and Philippe Soulard's human-sized bakery near La Visitation is renowned for its organic, naturally leavened bread. The regulars are loyal, appreciating the bread (including specials, wholemeal cereals, rye pie, Breton bread and sourdough buckwheat) as much as the brioche, the fruit sablé as much as the apple tart, the apricot tartelette as much as the paris-brest. There are also a number of festive specialties, such as pannetone.
