Cheese dairy
An ode to the House of Bordier and all the riches of the dairy industry, first and foremost Breton, then national. A selection of fine cheeses from all over the world, matured by a specialist, including Saint-Marcellin, Camembert and Brise de Meaux, powerful cheeses from the North of France, Epoisses from Burgundy, goats' cheeses from the Loire Valley, as well as Banon and Rocamadour, jams and honeys to accompany them, and of course the whole Bordier universe, butter, cream, yoghurts and even cookies and charcuterie.
