His kingdom is in Chablis, where his client-subjects have every reason to feast not only on andouillettes, but also on sausages, boudins, garlic sausages and rabbit terrines, some of whose preparations have won him gold medals in professional competitions. This son of a pork butcher trained with Marc Meneau, among others, and intends to continue his successful career. Also available online.
