Having set up shop in La Goutte d'Or on September 22, this young man with his expert hands sparkles with imagination, offering both classics and original ideas. His first signature product mixes sparkling chocolate with crunchy buckwheat and roasted hazelnuts to create an elegant, tasty twisted dome.
