Established since September 22, 2016 in the Goutte d'Or, this young man gloved with expert hands sparkles with imagination, offering classics and original ideas. His first signature mixes sparkling chocolate and crunchy buckwheat and roasted hazelnuts in an elegant, tasty twisted dome.
