A Lorient-based cheese dairy, recognizable by its light wood façade on Rue du Maréchal Foch. Agnès and Fabrice Martin are masters of their craft, offering over 400 products from all over the country and beyond: Appenzeller, Bleu Crémeux from Haute-Loire, Comté from Jura, Brie from Melun, Fourme d'Ambert, crottin de chèvre, selles-sur-cher, tomme de brebis and more.
