One of the finest displays in town, with regional cheeses such as chaource or champ-sur-barse, but also a wide range of mature cheeses from all regions: bethmale from the Pyrenees, pérail, reblochon, munster from Alsace or echourgnac from Périgord, as well as soumaintrain from Burgundy and neighboring regions.
