A good cheese shop on the Chartrons side, with regional and international specialties: ossau d'estive, tome de vache, mixte brebis chèvre, and the inevitable bleu de Bordeaux, but also the stars of other regions and countries, fourme d'Ambert or de Montbrison, bleu de Bonneval, gorgonzola or gouda au cumin, taleggio or brillat-savarin and a fine collection of goats' cheeses.
