Cheese dairy With his store temporarily under renovation, the cheesemaker has set up shop in the Halles, with the same great products and the same science of well-matured cheese. Tasty products, regional ones like the carré de Plesder or connoisseur pieces like the boulette d'Avesnes, and rarities from all over France. The Normans are close by, with pavé d'auge not far from the local farm goats, and of course there's ribot milk, cream, whole fromage blanc and farm skyr. There's also a selection of charcuterie and wines.
