Cheese dairy
Located in the heart of the Jura, not far from the Loue river, Jean Perrin's cheese dairy has been a local reference since 1965. Know-how handed down from generation to generation has produced a fine range of artisan cheeses, including the classic Morbier and Comté, both PDO, as well as raclette, Edel de Cléron, Val de Lou, Saint-Vernier and other tommes.
