Cheese dairy Jean Perrin and Marie Vermot, who came from Franc-Comtois families, pooled their know-how and local knowledge to create a cheese dairy in the Jura region. Jean-Luc and Jean-Marie took over the business. Their products meet AOC requirements, guaranteeing that Morbiers and Comtés are made to the highest standards, using milk from cows reared in a defined geographical area... and that their flavour and consistency reach your plate.
