Ludovic, who has been based in Château-Thierry for a number of years, won the Best Traditional French Baguette award in the Hauts-de-France region in 2018, and the Best Pain au Chocolat award in the Aisne region in 2020. This title rewards a competitor's preparation, which first and foremost benefited local customers, who in turn benefited from his work... preparation.
