Chocolate factory
Didier Prévost handcrafts around 150 different chocolate bonbons in a triangle between Montceau-les-Mines, Paray-le-Monial and Gueugnon. Valrhona chocolate is filled by the bag with ganache, praline, marzipan, marshmallow, liqueur or candied fruit. Delicate flavours are also available in tablets, rochers, chocolate bars, postcards and seasonal mouldings... A farandole of delicacies and a taste paradise for every gourmet in France and beyond. But the baker-pâtissier-chocolatier also likes to create surprises, such as trompe-l'œil chocolates like a jar of foie gras (white ganache with butter and almond paste with kirsch), a praline-flavored fruit sausage on his board with his molded knife, or a fabulous platter of fake cheeses, a tribute to the neighboring goat farms. Adjacent to the chocolate shop, the bakery and patisserie promises to thrill with special breads such as the Forestier made with rye flour and cereals, or the Guérande made with white flour, rye flour and Guérande salt!
