Gault&Millau's review

Cheese dairy A classic with regular supply and quality control. The little-known small goats (trèfle du Perche, feuille du Limousin, ovalie du Thouarsais, cendrion du Lot...) are always well matured, the soft cheeses well arranged, with character (langres, boulette d'Avesnes...) and the classics, both mountain and blue, are well represented. We also carry a small selection of preserves, wines and delicatessen products.
