Founded in 1982, the Boileau family farm has gradually turned to organic farming, while diversifying its activities. Today, Le Rublé has five production activities: dairy farming, beef production, pork farming, cheese-making and market gardening. Thanks to environmentally-friendly methods (high-quality feed, no use of medication, rotation and reinforced biological control, transparency), the farm's products have become a benchmark. You'll find them on site, but also online on their website, at Associations pour le Maintien d'une Agriculture Paysanne (A.M.A.P.), and at the Montaigu market.
