The fat dairy cows of the abondance breed, which all have pretty names (Lunette, Libellule...) produce high-quality milk for farmhouse cantal, salers, fromage blanc and butter. Marie-Claire welcomes you and advises you between the young, the old and the in-between. Once you've tasted all three, the choice is difficult: it's all good, and at around €10/kg.
