Nestled in the heart of a natural marsh, Ferme des Baleines offers a setting that's as exotic as it is gourmet! From April to October - and every day in summer - it welcomes visitors to its tasting hut, to treat them to its ultra-fresh organic produce: from fishing and harvesting to your taste buds, there's just one step! Discover the fleshy, tasty oysters from the same oyster beds, which won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in 2024, imperial shrimps traditionally raised in the same oyster beds, cooked in court-bouillon and served with homemade samphire mayonnaise, or the spreads, seaweed, samphire and maceron with their distinctive, prized taste. To accompany the tasting, a selection of exclusively local dishes from neighboring producers, such as craft beers and wines from the island's leading producers. A gourmet moment to be savoured in a warm, relaxed and exotic atmosphere, right in the heart of nature. In the boutique, you can take home the delights of your escapade, or make the pleasure last!
