Every morning, Tuesday to Friday, from 10am to noon, you can drop in without an appointment to buy direct from this farm dedicated to black Gascon pork. Remarkably flavorful products, including 100% black pork pâté, pork pâté with foie gras and armagnac, as well as preserves and prepared dishes, such as daube or sauté of black Gascon pork with chestnuts.
