Delicatessen On Rue du four banal, Olivier Blondel, with the help of his wife Sophie, took over his grandparents' farm from his parents to become an "éleveur-charcutier à la ferme". After solid training, he set up his own processing laboratory for his pigs, which are fed exclusively on his guaranteed GMO-free cereals (including 50% wheat and even whey!) Traceability, freshness and taste are the watchwords, whether for rillettes, hams and other salted or smoked and even cooked cochonailles, and of course, meat by the slice.Open Fridays and Saturdays, 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6:30pm, 5pm on Saturdays.
