Always on the lookout for new discoveries, he offers coffees, teas, condiments, cookies, fruit juices, syrups, chutneys, foie gras and mushrooms, sourced primarily from small traders. La Délicathèque has become an indispensable store, where you can find everything from geranium syrup to tinned blue-foot mushrooms, the perfect accompaniment to white meats, as well as all the must-have delicatessen items.
