An air of tradition floats under this pretty light wood banner, as if to recall the chalets of the Doubs region. The creamery provides a good supply of cheeses under the halls: raclettes, tomme aux fleurs, reblochon, munster, cheeses from Auvergne and Normandy, comtés of course, and monts-d'or.
