Gault&Millau's review

Jam maker Activity number one: jam maker. When the prizes fall like rain, it's a succession of awards that salute an activity where know-how is combined with the choice of products. No fewer than 70 different jams, cooked in a copper cauldron and made with very little added sugar and fruit. The result: the title of Maître confiturier de France and Officier de bouche de la confrérie La Marmite d'Or. Lots of flavor and taste in the rhubarb and bitter orange jams... and originality in the apple-caramel or mango-Espelette pepper jams. A few Breton cakes, honeys and salted butter caramels are included in a very successful range. Visit the workshop. Other stores in Quiberon (26 rue de Port-Maria), Vannes, La Trinité-sur-Mer and Saint-Pierre-Quiberon.
