Description
Confectionery Near Remiremont and Gérardmer, Hugo and Manu Garcia, son and father, took over this well-known Vosgian institution in 2021. Hard candies, nougats, jams, chouchous (roasted peanuts), marshmallows, gums, grêlons and flocons (roasted hazelnuts coated in sugar like sugared almonds), the team of confectioners creates divine delicacies all year round, creating new products according to their desires. Thanks to the production workshop, which is open to the public, you can watch hard candies being made (the workshop for other fresh confectionery products is not open to the public for hygiene reasons) and enjoy a gourmet tasting after this fascinating and instructive encounter with the world of confectionery. All these sweet delights can be found in the boutique, but also online on the Bressaude confectionery website and in dedicated boutiques.
