Brewer
Located in the heart of the Hainaut region, this former farmhouse-brewery (founded in 1885) holds high the banner of brewing tradition. Brewing is done the old-fashioned way, and some ten varieties of beer are produced. The star of the show? The "Choulette", of course: blond, brown or amber, top-fermented and aged for at least four weeks. Choulette de Noël", with its fruity, aromatic nose, combines cookie malt, caramel malt and chocolate malt.
