Cédric Bouvier's second boutique showcases his passion: chocolate. To create such beautiful cocoa sweets, he has to go back to the birth of the product, select the finest vintages, taste the nuances brought by their terroir, and know how to let them express themselves in pure original ganaches like Intense de Java, or marry them to form a fine balance of taste.
