Gault&Millau's review

Chocolate factory Bernard Manguin came into contact with the world of chocolatiers at a very early age, through his father and brother, who sold them professional equipment. He dreamed of moving to the other side of the counter, and took the plunge after meeting his wife Béatrice. The production laboratory adjoins the boutique, allowing for discovery workshops that don't prevent you from coming to the source to taste the sweets of a perfectionist.
