Winemaker
La Chablisienne was founded in 1928. One of France's top cooperative wineries, it is one of the major players in the Chablis vineyard, with a significant percentage of the AOC. La Chablisienne groups together 300 producers covering some 1,200 hectares in 6 of the 7 grands crus, 15 premiers crus, not to mention hundreds of parcels in Chablis and Petit-Chablis, which sums up the appellation perfectly. Since 1999, it has also owned the Château Grenouilles monopole. A top-notch cooperative winery to visit without hesitation.
