A nice regional nectar (in bottle or bag in box) and a nice plate of Corsican charcuterie? In 2015, Cédric Mattei took over this winery founded in 1974, but taken over by his father in 2001. A fine epicurean from Marseilles with Corsican roots, the wine merchant selects magnificent regional varietals (Coteaux d'Aix, Côtes de Provence, Cassis wines), as well as nuggets from all regions of France and Corsica, organic beers, rums and whiskies, fruit juices, syrups and aperitifs from Provence, Champagne, which you can enjoy while nibbling on a few handcrafted regional products.. Our aunt, who breeds black maquis pigs in Corse-du-Sud, supplies us in season with fresh figatelli, fitone, salami, ham, coppa and pancetta, all of which you'll find on our planks. And for those with a sweet tooth, Corsican jams and honeys, sweet Provence cookies and canistrelli are sure to delight. For your special events, the caviste will be delighted to offer you the most delicious wines, charcuterie and cheese. He also offers his expertise to the region's restaurants in putting together their wine lists.
